Non-Insured Services (Fees Apply)
These services are not covered by provincial health plans
Out-of-Province Health Cards (Reciprocal Billing)
We accept health cards from all Canadian provinces and territories that have a reciprocal billing agreement with Ontario. Simply present your valid provincial health card — no upfront payment required.
Quebec Residents (RAMQ)
We welcome Quebec residents. However, Quebec does not have a reciprocal billing agreement with Ontario for walk-in consultations.
- You will need to pay upfront and submit a claim to RAMQ for reimbursement
- Bring your valid RAMQ card and photo ID
- We will provide a detailed receipt for your reimbursement claim
Other Coverage & Payment
IFHP (Refugees)
We accept the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) for refugees and asylum seekers. Bring your IFHP document.
Payment Methods
For non-insured services, we accept: Cash and Interac e-Transfer.
Private Insurance
We do not bill private insurers directly. We can provide receipts for you to submit claims to your insurer.
